Shipping Policy / Versand

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Delivery time: United States: 2–8 business days. European Union: typically 7–15 business days. Selected items ship from international warehouses and may take longer; this is marked on the product page.

Shipping costs: United States: FREE standard shipping on orders over $40, otherwise a flat $4.95. European Union: a flat €5.95 per order.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Address changes: Contact us at support@pawvyra.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. Once shipped, we can no longer redirect packages.

Lost or damaged packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your item arrives damaged, email support@pawvyra.com with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
